How do I log into my Ledger Live on my new phone?
Follow the export steps to enable the Ledger Live application on your mobile phone:
In the first step, install the Ledger Live application on your phone.
Open the installed application and then press the ‘Get Started’ button.
Now tap the ‘Yes I Do’ button, confirming that you have a Ledger device.
Select the ‘Sync with the desktop app’.
Then click open the installed application of Ledger Live on your PC.
Go to the ‘Settings’ option.
Now, press the ‘Accounts’ tab and then click the ‘Export’ button.
A QR Code would appear along with the instructions.
Tap, the ‘I am ready to scan’ button on your phone.
Now, scan the QR code to your PC.
Select the accounts you want to import and then tap the ‘Import’ button.
Wait for some time till the process is finished.
One thing you should know is that your desktop ledger application and the mobile application will not get synchronized automatically. And if you are thinking “How do I get Ledger Live on my desktop?” then it is unproblematic, because Ledger Live was installed on your PC during the time of Wallet setup, so, there is no need for its setup again.
How can I make my account reset?
There are two methods of account resetting and this segment of the article will describe both ways to you:
Reset via device Settings
Do a Ledger live login by entering the PIN Code.
Keep pressing both buttons for at least 3 seconds and it will open the Control Centre of the wallet.
Go to the ‘Settings’ option.
Then select the ‘Security’ button.
Tap the ‘Reset Device’ option.
Now, read out the warning given on the screen carefully. And if you are sure then you can continue with the resetting process by pressing both the buttons on the device.
Write your PIN code for the confirmation.
Your device will be reset after this.
Resetting via PIN Code
Turn on your Ledger hardware wallet device.
Purposely enter the PIN Code wrong 3 times.
Then the device will reset automatically after three consecutive attempts.
How do I connect my bank account to Ledger Live?
Connecting Ledger Live with the bank account is not at all tough and is a simple 4 step process. The said process is described below in simple terms to make the beginners understand easily:
Do the Ledger live login.
From the main menu tap the ‘Funds’ button.
Now tap the ‘Add Funds’ button.
After this enter the amount you want to transfer in the text field.
Then select the preferred payment mode for continuing with the transaction.
You will also get the option of adding a new bank account to add more funds for trading purposes.
Now, tap ‘Add Money’.
Then follow the instructions shown on the screen to make the payment.
